Handmade Items

Every item is lovingly handmade. As a result, slight variations in size, colour and finish may occur, making each piece unique.

 

Orders

Orders are processed once payment has been received.

Commission orders will only begin once all details have been agreed.

 

Processing Times

Processing times vary depending on the item and will be stated on each product listing or discussed for commission orders.

 

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal services. Wool & Bear cannot accept responsibility for delays once parcels have been dispatched.

 

Returns

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Due to the personalised nature of commissioned or customised items, these cannot usually be returned unless faulty.

 

Product Safety

Our products are designed with care. Decorative items should always be used under appropriate adult supervision where applicable. Please follow any care or safety instructions provided.
